I have to agree with the writer of this column. If she thinks that banning handguns will eliminate crime's committed with guns, think again. Does she think that the criminals will abide by what the law says ? They don't now. Better give her head a shake ! All this would accomplish is more smuggling of handguns and more guns in the hands of criminals. Leave the law abiding citizens alone who collect and target shoot.. Toronto has greater issues than this to be dealt with..
